Grown in Jinotega and Matagalpa - regions well known for their volcanic soil, and tropical climates which have led to production of some of the highest quality coffees to come out of the country. In this light roast you can expect a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Fruity and sweet notes are hallmarks of quality Nicaraguan coffee.
